We have been continuing our activities since 2013 with our group companies Eski İnşaat Mim. Müh.San.Tic. A.Ş. and Osmanoğlu İnşaat.
We are a brand that specializes in the design and construction of industrial facilities. In facilities with high levels of automation, we assimilate the form of production and make our designs specific to the system to create structures that work flawlessly. We design the most ideal facilities and prepare all construction application projects for an investor that buys the machinery required for their company from domestic and foreign machinery producers. Since we reflect our professionalism in application to the projects that we draw, we save the investor from many unnecessary costs that they may encounter in the construction phase. We facilitate and shorten the construction process. We ensure that the investor also wins during the construction phase and does not get affected by faults that may occur during the project phase.
We also design modern housings and villas. We are a company that is specialized in steel construction.
We have pioneered the establishment of highly automated industrial structures not only in our country but also in many countries such as Russia, Romania, Ukraine, Nakhchivan, Bangladesh, Qatar, and China. We contribute to the exports of our country with our projects. We design cement factories, iron and steel factories, autoclaved aerated concrete and brick factories, ceramic factories, marble factories, concrete plants, tire and wheel factories, and electrical cable factories while also adapting their machinery.
In our country, we work with sector leader companies such as Eczacıbaşı A.Ş., Türk Ytong San.Tic.A.Ş., etc. We are the authorized dealer and application dealer of the Türk YTONG San.Tic.A.Ş. company. We are an authorized dealer of Anhui Keda İndustrial Co. Ltd. company which is a big company in China that manufactures machinery special for industrial facilities.
Our project team is coordinated by people with more than 30 years of experience in industrial construction and project management, and we have a technical staff of 500 people for construction applications. When we consider the companies that are our partners in the fields of steel, mechanical installation, electricity, and control automation, our number of personnel in construction applications can reach around 700 people.
In addition to the industrial constructions we have built for the private sector, we have also built and delivered schools, indoor sports halls, indoor markets, libraries, brigade headquarters buildings, and housing to our state. We brought clean drinking water and electricity to some villages. We have built constructions that provide benefits, not profits.
Even in winter, we continued our construction in the most difficult weather and natural conditions. We have always adopted the mindset of improving ourselves with the awareness that our competitors are other countries and that the world is developing.
